Trenton Sullivan is a commercial director, multidisciplinary artist, and environmentalist. As a director, he encapsulates the sociology of consumption. As an artist, he illuminates the collective subconscious beyond the distractions of the modern world. In his latest exhibit, SPACES, he composes Earth's natural landscapes to riddle the relationship consumers have with their space, whether it be between their tribe, their environment, or themself.

Early in his filmmaking career, he attended Pasadena CC Film School with a minor in psychology. There he was nominated for two awards and won best cinematography. After his acknowledgments, he worked as an entrepreneur and filmmaker, utilizing his understanding of psychology, marketing, and cinema, to help launch a fitness apparel company. There, he communicated the brand story through social media content he directed, produced, and managed with a content team. With the company, in 2017, he directed one of the first bodybuilding documentaries, called SONDER, following the six-month pursuit of top athletes their Olympian athletes.

In 2020, Trenton worked with celebrity designer The Shoe Surgeon where he wrote, directed, and produced all of their partnership campaigns, including clients such as Gucci, Oakley, Jack Daniels, and New Balance.

In 2022, two of his commercials were placed in Time Square New York.

Catalyzed by his experiences as a commercial director, Trenton had the desire to create art in opposition to his work. As the goal of commercial and branding is to create an external want, his artwork encourages viewers to reflect on their internal needs. Trenton's first body of work, [SPACES]: Chapter 1, embodies the natural landscapes, representing chapters of "new age enlightenment." He went on solo journeys, away from civilization and technology to capture mythological messages on medium format film.
